Ann has been a Licensed practicing massage and bodywork therapist since 2003.

She received her training from Medical Arts Massage School and subsequent continuing education primarily through Body Therapy Institute, both in North Carolina. She is board certifies with the National Certification Board of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork and a Certified Medical Massage Practitioner. Ann uses several techniques to address specific needs for injury recovery, rejuvenation, and relaxation. These include Trigger Point Therapy, Swedish Massage, Integrated Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Lymphatic Drainage, Pre and Post Natal Pregnancy                                                                                        Massage, CranioSacral Therapy, ect.
